The NeverWorn collection, inspired by designs from decades past, delves into the PUMA archives, transforming retro styles for today's collectors. The Suede hit the scene in 1968 and has been changing the game ever since. From Tommie Smith's protest on the victory stand during the 1968 Mexico City Olympics to b-boy crews in New York adopting the shoe in the 1980s, the shoe has been worn by icons of every generation. This version is as close to the original as possible, with a shorter vamp, no SUEDE logo on the quarter, and a raw-edge tongue construction. For added character, there are some glue stains and an aged-looking midsole.
