The Nike Air Max 1 was the first shoe in the Air Max family that captivated the world with Nike Air.
Nike is delivering the '87 darling in the simplest of colour schemes, putting in a near all-black Air Max 1 with only a few instances of contrast. The white appears only on the branding, as seen on the Swoosh logo on the upper quarter and the Nike Air stamps on the tongue, embroidered heel, and insoles.
